Development and construction

Data center construction for AI deployment

Traditional data center projects run every step sequentially. Giga controls the full supply chain, so we can run them in parallel. That's how we deliver faster than anyone else.

Build AI data centers without multi-year timelines

Most data center construction companies split procurement, permitting, and construction into three separate phases. Every handoff creates schedule risk that AI deployment can't afford.

what is GigaBase?

The GigaBase,
module by module.

DISTRIBUTED REDUNDANCY

Four independent power trains supply every AI pod. If any one train fails, the other three carry the full load.

  • 01
    GigaPod
    AI-01

45-foot AI compute module with hot aisle containment, air-to-liquid cooling, and 4N3 redundant power.

GigaPod supports high-density liquid-cooled and low-density air-cooled racks and scales to 90 or 135 feet.

  • 02
    MV Switchgear
    M-01

24.9kV or 35kV medium voltage module connecting and distributing power from the utility to the site with 2 incoming feeders and 10 feeder breakers.

  • 03
    UPS E-House
    E-01

A 3.0 MW lithium-ion battery backup that keeps your compute online in the gap between utility interruption and generator response.

  • 04
    Power Skid
    E-02

3.6 MVA transformers paired with 5,000A low-voltage switchboards that step down and distribute voltage to the site.

  • 05
    Diesel Generator
    DG-01

3.3MW diesel generator providing 24-hour backup power when utility power fails. Includes Belly tank, radiator & enclosure.

  • 06
    4N/3 Electrical Glue
    G-03

Proprietary 5000A electrical interconnects that connect & distribute power between each module in the system.

  • 07
    Cooling Glue
    G-06

Pre-engineered mechanical piping modules that connect the chiller loop to each GigaPod, delivering cooled water to the system.

  • 08
    Air-cooled Chiller
    M-02

2MW Maglev compressor chiller that rejects system heat and feeds a closed cooling water loop to each GigaPod.

Accelerated Energization timelines

From design to
deployment in months

Site selection and power securing

Giga starts with powered land.

Design and permitting

Site plan, building design, and equipment specs developed in parallel with manufacturing.

Module manufacturing

GigaPods, power modules, chiller modules, and e-houses built and tested in our facilities while the site is being prepared.

Site preparation & pad work

Grading, slab, substation interconnection, and building structure go up while modules are in production.

Module delivery and integration

Modules arrive on-site plug-and-play. Power and cooling connections are made.

Commissioning and energization

Our team commissions the full system and you get a GPU-ready data center.

Built for AI-ready data center deployments

AI workloads require different infrastructure from traditional data centers. We engineered our systems specifically for the realities of AI builds.

Built for AI-ready data center deployments factory interior
Designed for high-density GPU workloads

We designed every GigaBase module for the power density and cooling demands of modern AI compute clusters. Our designs are chip-agnostic, so your deployment isn't constrained by your infrastructure.

Integrated power and cooling systems

Power distribution and liquid cooling are engineered together and pre-integrated at the factory, saving time and stress on-site.

Flexible, scalable configurations

Our pre-engineered design lets you deploy a single pod and scale up to a full campus without redesigning your entire system.
