Our Founders
In 2019, Brent Whitehead and Matt Lohstroh were Texas A&M students welding their first modular data centers.
They knew what they wanted to accomplish, but it didn’t take long before the supply chain failed them.
Operations
Slow equipment, ghost vendors, and finger-pointing stalled their timelines
at every step. Quickly, they stopped waiting for someone to fix these supply chain issues and started building the
fix themselves.

Yes. We're a true OEM, not a broker. We own the design, the engineering, and the supply chain for all Giga infrastructure.
What products do you offer?
Padmount and substation transformers, UL891 low voltage switchboards, and modular data centers. We also develop and manufacture full AI data center sites and operate infrastructure.
Can you handle custom specs?
Yes, we regularly take on custom jobs. Send us your specs, and we'll engineer them (without the two-year lead times you’ll see elsewhere).
